He empezado tenís y me lo encanta mucho! Es dos veces cada semana y despues de solamente 3 clases, soy mucho mejor que antes. Mi "frase" es "más largo". Eso, usualmente, es que necesito hacer con mi golpe.
I have started tennis and I love it a lot! It is two times a week and after only 3 classes, I am much better than before. My "moto" is "longer/more length". That, usually, is what I need to improve on my hit.
El jueves (el 18 de Noviembre), en el regreso a la casa por bus, hubo un chico que tiene 8 años aproximademente. Él dijo que tiene Club Penguin y dije que mi hermano menor tambien tiene un. Por su puesto, la proxima pregunta fue, "De dónde eres?" y yo dije, "EEUU". Entonces él dijo, "Facebook (con una poquita diferente pronunción), Facebook. Messanger, Messanger. Ves? Íngles es facíl" jajaja Hizo mi día.
On Thursday (the 18th of November), in the return to the house by bus, there was a boy aboyt 8 years old. He said that he has Club Penguin and I said that my little brother also has one. Of course, the next question was, "Where are you from?" and I replied, "US". Then he said, "Facebook (with a slightly different pronunciation), Facebook. Messanger, Messanger. You see? English is easy" hahaha It made my day.
El proximo día no fue tan cómico. El perro, Rambo, se murió. Muy triste. Te amamos Rambo!
Then next day wasn't so funny. The dog, Rambo, died. Very sad. We love you Rambo!
Lo mismo día, reciví correo de mi tía y tuvo lápices con mi nombre. =] Este fue muy bien tiempo, porque el día siguente, nos cambiamos casas. Ahora, estoy con lo mismo familia pero estamos en otra casa. Este es mucho más cerca del micro y escuela. Esta semana pasada caminaba a escuela todos los días. Toma 20 minutos, si camino rápido. Pues, todo el sabado cambiamos cosas de una casa a la otra. Mi primera experiencia mudiendo. Parece que hay tres partes de poniendo cosas en cajas para moder. 1) Todo, muy organizado. 2) Todo, no organizado. 3) Mucho a la basura, un poco en cajas, no organizado. jaja El domingo, entonces, fue un día para descansar.
The same day, I recieved mail from my aunt that had pencils with my name on them. =] This was good timing since the following day, we moved. Now, I am with the same family be we are in another house. It is a lot closer to the "micro" (bus system) and school. This past week I walked to school every day. It takes 20 minutes, if I walk fast. Well, all Saturday we moved things from one house to the other. My first moving experince. It seems there are three stages of putting things into boxes to move. 1) Everything, very organized. 2) Everything, disorganized. 3) A lot to the trash, a little in boxes, disorganized. haha Sunday, then, was a day to rest.
El lunes, tuvimos una prueba en educación física de corriendo y otras cosas. Para la parte de corriendo, corrimos de un lado a la gimnasia a la otra. No tan difícil, claro? Pues, es difícil cuando cada vez necesita a ser más y más rápido...por 7 minutos. Casi me morí jaja Pero saque un 7. =]
On Monday, I had a fittness test in gym of running and other things. For the running part, we ran from one side of the gym to the other. No so hard, right? Well its difficult when each time needs to be faster and faster...for 7 minutes. I almost died haha But, I got a 100.
En la clase de íngles, estamos viendo "Invictus". Es una película buenísimo! Debría verla si todavia no la ha visto.
In English class, we are watching "Invictus." It is a great movie! You should watch it if you haven't already seen it.
El viernes fue el ceremonio de graduación de la Maka. Fue muy lindo. Recivieron sus diplomas desde la directora y una cruza desde el profe jefe. Una banda pequeña del septimo y octavo básico tocó "Don't stop beliving". Tambien, hubo una presentación de fotos y videos. Terminó con el profe jefe leyendo la lista de la clase por el último vez y cuando el nombre de cada persona fue llamado, ellos ----blew out thier candle----. Muy especial. Felicidades clase de 2010 de San Nicolas. Uds. lo hicieron. =D
Friday was the graduation ceremony for Maka. It was very nice. They recieved thier diplomas from the director and a cross from the head (homeroom) teacher. A small band of 7th and 8th graders played "Don't Stop Beliving". Additionally, there was a photo (and video) presentation. It finished with the head teacher reading the class list of names for the last time, and when the name of each person was called, they stood up and blew out thier candle. Very special. Congratulations San Nicolas Class of 2010. You did it! =D

Finalmente, fui pensando de una cosa despues de hablando con una amiga. Ahora, parece muy raro para pensar de volviendo a los EEUU y vivir en una ambiental íngles. Estoy expectando a oír español. (No es difícil o raro para hablar en íngles para una conversación, pero vivir en íngles parece un poquito raro.) Comó cambia.
Finally, I was thinging of something after speaking with a friend. Now, it seems very wierd to thing of returning to the US and living in an English environment. I am expecting to hear Spanish. (It is not hard or wierd to have an English conversation, but living in English does seem a little wierd.) How it changes.

-Hay algunos días cuándo está nublado y no puede ver las montañas. Es raro porque yo sé que son allá pero mira como no hay.
-Alguna cosa que es confundiendo: AC= Antes Cristo pero en ingles, AC = after (depues) Chirst. Entonces DC= despues de Cristo. En ingles, BC = before (antes) Christ.
-There are some days when it is cloudy and you can't see the mountains. It's wierd because I know that they are there but it definately looks like they aren't.

El viernes, el 6 de Noviembre, no fui a escuela porque el bus salió de Santiago a las 12:30 pm. Reuní con un otro estudiante del intercambio de Nueva Zealandia y su hermano. Con suerte tuvimos lo primer tres sillas y ellos me ayudaron a entender algunas palabras y frases. Tuvimos mucho divertido con el "asistente" del bus, haciendo trucos con las manos. Esa noche, reunimos con los ocho otros estudiantes en la casa del Rotary Club de Talca. (Trate decir "ocho otros" rapido).
On Friday, the 6th of November, I didn't go to school because the bus left Santiago at 12:30 pm. I met up with another exchange student from New Zealand and his host brother. With luck, we had the first three seats and they helped me to understand some words and phrases. We had a lot of fun with the bus "assistant", doing tricks with the hands. That night, we got together with 8 other students in a house owned by the Talca Rotary Club.
El próximo día empiezó a las 7 con desayuno. A las 8:30, fuimos listos con cabellos y todo. El primer parte fue muy bueno. Y entonces llegamos a la segunda parte. Cuando ellos dicen, montar cabellos en las montanas este es en verdad. Si miré a mi izquierda, había nada y los paseos estaban con piedra sueltas. Qué miedo!! Palabras no pueden describir mis pensamientos en eso momento. Fue LOCO. Pero llegamos, por fin y nunca demensiado pronto, a la cima dónde estaba un meseta con una vista increible y maravilloso! Comemos almuerzo allá. Nos tomó cuatro horas a subir y cuatro a bajar. Ocho horas en cabello y doce horas en total. Me dolí la espalda los días siguentes! Pero valió la pena. =D
The next day started at 7 with breakfast. At 8:30, we were ready with horses and all. The first part went very well. And then we arrived at the second part. When they say, ride horses in the mountains, this is the truth. If I looked to my left, there was nothing and the pathes were with loose rocks. Scaryy! Words cannot describe my thoughts in that moment. It was CRAZY. But we arrived, finally and not at all too soon, to the top where there was a plateau with an incredible and marvalous view. We ate lunch there. It took us 4 hours to climb up and 4 hours to get back down. Eight hours on horseback and 12 hours in total. My back hurt the following days! But it was worth the pain. =D
Domingo fue el último día con tiempo que estaba el opuesto de sabado. Nos levantamos a ver lluvia afuera. No montando cabellos eso día! Un de los estudiantes encontró una araña grande con mucho pelo!
Que loco! Y saque una foto rápido con la araña. (No tiene veneno)
Despues, el tiempo cambió de lluvia a nieve! Muy linda y probablemente la única nieve que voy a ver calliendo o estar en, en el tiempo que estaré aquí.
Sunday was the last day with weather that was the opposite of Saturday. We got up to see rain outside. No riding horses that day! One of the students found a huge, hairy spider! How crazy! I took one quick photo with the spider. (It isn't poisonous) After, the weather changed from rain to snow! Very pretty and probably the only snow that I am going to see falling or be in, in the time that I will be here.
La regresa a Santiago el domingo fue a las ocho y media con un bus con dos pisos. Fui en el segundo piso. El bus fue un tipo que se llama semicama. Estaba muy cómodo. Pienso que mucho más que el avión que vine acá en. Cada ida y vuelta fue 3 1/2 horas. Llegue a la casa muy tarde y no fui a escuela el próximo día. =] Soy floja jaja. Solamente quería a descansar.
The return to Santiago on Sunday was at 8:30pm with a bus with two floors. I was on the second floor. It was a type of bus called semicama (half bed). It was very comfortable. I think more than the plane I came here in. Each trip (to and from) was 3 1/2 hours. I arrived at the house quite late and didn't go to school the next day. =] I'm lazy haha. I only wanted to rest.

Esta semana pasada fue la semana de íngles dónde hubo diferente actividades en íngles. Martes fue una competencia de poemas, miercoles: Spelling Bee, jueves: Public Speaking, y viernes: Puppet Shows. Martes, miercoles, y jueves fui una jueza con dos otros profesores. Durante el spelling bee, fue muy difícil a discernir entre el "g" y el "d". Sin embargo, fue muy divertido y los estudiantes hicieron muy bien.
This past week was English week where there were different activities in English. Tuesday was a poetry competion, Wednesday: Spelling Bee, Thursday: public speaking, and Friday: Puppet Shows.Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I was a judge with two other teachers. (I missed more class =]) During the spelling bee, it was very difficult to distiguish between the "g" and the "d. Anyway, it was very fun and the students did very well.

Like I have said, being tired comes in waves. On Thursday, I went to be at 7! Well, I felt much better in the morning. I needed energy to play soccer with the other girls in my school in the copa mundial del fútbol between the schools in my "district" that are "brothers" so to say. (San Nicolas...my school, San Felipe, and San Esteban) We got second place. Not so bad because we didn't practice at all.

Hablando de progreso, anoche me di cuenta de cuánto puedo entender ahora. Es mucho más que antes y es bacán! Y no es solamente la idioma, pero tambien de yo mismo. Un viaje maravilloso!
I have signed up for tennis lessons that I will start this week. It will be 2 days a week for one hour. I can't wait to see my progress in one month!
Speaking of progress, last night I realized how much I can understand now. It is a lot more than before and it's awesome! And it is not only the language, but also myself. A wonderful trip!

El domingo, en la mañana, fui a ver mi primer triatlón en Piedra Roja. Fue interesante con muchas personas. La competencia fue muy largo con dos o tres distancias diferentes y el primer hombre terminó en dos horas. Para la última parte, corriendo, ciclistas con numeros del lugar de los primeros tres montaron a trás de los competadores. Buena idea!
On Sunday, in the morning, I went to watch my first triathlon in Piedra Roja (Red Rock). It was interesting with lots of people. The competition was very long with 2 or 3 different distances and the first man finished in two hours. For the last part, running, cyclist with numbers of the first three places rode behind the competitors (who were in the lead). Good idea!
El lunes, tuvimos una "prueba" en educación física en volibol. En la parte del anteabrazos, hice mal...como un 5 jaja ooops y muy bien con dedos...un 7. No puede ganar todo! Tambien recivimos las notas del PSU para lenguaje. Mi nota fue 346 que es lo mismo de 4.6. No es muy mal para lenguaje que es en español... =]
On Monday, we had a "quiz"in gym in volleyball. In the the forarm part, I did bad...like a 5 (out of 7 aka like a 68) haha ooops and very good with fingers (setting)...a 7 (out of 7 aka 100). You can't win it all! We also recieved our scores from the PSU for Lenguaje (SPanish for Spanish). My grade was a 346 that is the same as 4.6 (out of 7). It's not bad for Lenguaje that's in Spanish...=]
No fui a escuela el martes porque ellos tomaron el SIMCE, un examen obligatoria para III medio en Chile. Es como un examen en la clase de español en los EEUU. Otro cuatro día semana. =] Y para hacerlo mejor, reciví un paquete de mi mama de los EEUU con Peeps (dulces de azucar yummm), mezclas para pasteles y Brownies (libre de gluten!), y partes del periodico de Kutztown con noticias de mi escuela y compañeros. Qué emocionante! Hice Brownies y es el primer postre como pastel que he comido desde llegué. Delicioso!
I didn't go to school Tuesday because they took the SIMCE, a manditory exam for Juniors in Chile. Its like a spanish test (in the US). Another 4 day week. ='] And to make it better, I got a package from my US mom with Peeps, cake and brownie mix (free of gluten!), and articles from the newspaper in Kutztown with news of my school and classmates. How exciting! I made brownies and it is the first cake like dessert that I have eaten since I arrived. Delicious!
Miercoles fue...diferente. Despues de historía y química, los alumnos de III medio fue dividido para acompañar los otros cursos más joven para dar pistas a encontrar los alumnos del IV medio. Por lo tanto, tuvimos un guerra del agua. LOCO =] IV Medio tuvo un "túnel" que alumnos (incluye yo) fuimos en... Agua, ketchup, y otras cosas (que olfean muy mal) fue tirado a nosotros. Afuera del túnel hubo globos de agua y botellas de agua que usamos para mojar todo.
Wednesday was...different. After history and chem, the juniors were divided to accompany the other younger grades to give clues to find students of the senior class. Following, we had a water war. CRAZY =] The seniors had a "tunnel" that students, including me, went in... water, ketchup, and other things (that smelled really bad) were thrown at us. Outside the tunnel, there were water balloons and bottles of water that we used to soak everyone.
Hoy, los alumnos del III Medio fueron dados corvatas que significan que ahora, nosotros somos lo más grande estudiantes en el escuela y tenemos una responsibilidad que viene con la edad durante nuestro último año. Ademas, en una desfile con mucho emociones, despidimos a los alumnos de IV medio. En los EEUU, se dice Adios, Ciao y hay nadie que quiere quedarse. Es como, nos vamos....*corren por la puerta* jaja Pero acá es como ellos están dejando más de solamente compañeros (de todos los cursos) pero se están saliendo la familia. Hubo mucho llorando. Pienso que chilenos en todo que hacen, son un familia y tiene más reconocimiento de los lazos de amistad. Eso es mi mejor descripción, es muy difícil a describir.
Today, the juniors were given ties that signify that now, we are the biggest students in the school and we have a responsibility that comes with the age during our last year. Additionally, in a parade with many emotions, we said goodby to the seniors. (This was their last week in the school, minus their tests) In the US, they say See ya, Bye and there is nobody that wants to stay. It's like, we are headed off...*they run through the door* haha But here it is like they are leaving more than just classmates (of all the grades) buy they are leaving the family. There was a lot of crying. I think that Chileans in everything that they do, are a family and have more appreciation of the bonds of friendship of an "extended" family. That is my best description, it is very difficult to describe.
Also, I love being able to see the mountians. After it rains, the air is clean and the mountains are super clear...so here are some photos of awesome mountains. I took them today, they are newly coated in snow =D

One last quick thought...in English:
Remember the days when all I wanted was the newest racecar track or a set of walkie talkies. Now I'm asking to spend a year in another country (which I'm doing...yay!) ...how times change! I am so incredible fortunate to have this oppurtunity!
On Sunday, in the morning, I went to watch my first triathlon in Piedra Roja (Red Rock). It was interesting with lots of people. The competition was very long with 2 or 3 different distances and the first man finished in two hours. For the last part, running, cyclist with numbers of the first three places rode behind the competitors (who were in the lead). Good idea!
El lunes, tuvimos una "prueba" en educación física en volibol. En la parte del anteabrazos, hice mal...como un 5 jaja ooops y muy bien con dedos...un 7. No puede ganar todo! Tambien recivimos las notas del PSU para lenguaje. Mi nota fue 346 que es lo mismo de 4.6. No es muy mal para lenguaje que es en español... =]
On Monday, we had a "quiz"in gym in volleyball. In the the forarm part, I did bad...like a 5 (out of 7 aka like a 68) haha ooops and very good with fingers (setting)...a 7 (out of 7 aka 100). You can't win it all! We also recieved our scores from the PSU for Lenguaje (SPanish for Spanish). My grade was a 346 that is the same as 4.6 (out of 7). It's not bad for Lenguaje that's in Spanish...=]
No fui a escuela el martes porque ellos tomaron el SIMCE, un examen obligatoria para III medio en Chile. Es como un examen en la clase de español en los EEUU. Otro cuatro día semana. =] Y para hacerlo mejor, reciví un paquete de mi mama de los EEUU con Peeps (dulces de azucar yummm), mezclas para pasteles y Brownies (libre de gluten!), y partes del periodico de Kutztown con noticias de mi escuela y compañeros. Qué emocionante! Hice Brownies y es el primer postre como pastel que he comido desde llegué. Delicioso!
I didn't go to school Tuesday because they took the SIMCE, a manditory exam for Juniors in Chile. Its like a spanish test (in the US). Another 4 day week. ='] And to make it better, I got a package from my US mom with Peeps, cake and brownie mix (free of gluten!), and articles from the newspaper in Kutztown with news of my school and classmates. How exciting! I made brownies and it is the first cake like dessert that I have eaten since I arrived. Delicious!
Miercoles fue...diferente. Despues de historía y química, los alumnos de III medio fue dividido para acompañar los otros cursos más joven para dar pistas a encontrar los alumnos del IV medio. Por lo tanto, tuvimos un guerra del agua. LOCO =] IV Medio tuvo un "túnel" que alumnos (incluye yo) fuimos en... Agua, ketchup, y otras cosas (que olfean muy mal) fue tirado a nosotros. Afuera del túnel hubo globos de agua y botellas de agua que usamos para mojar todo.
Wednesday was...different. After history and chem, the juniors were divided to accompany the other younger grades to give clues to find students of the senior class. Following, we had a water war. CRAZY =] The seniors had a "tunnel" that students, including me, went in... water, ketchup, and other things (that smelled really bad) were thrown at us. Outside the tunnel, there were water balloons and bottles of water that we used to soak everyone.
Hoy, los alumnos del III Medio fueron dados corvatas que significan que ahora, nosotros somos lo más grande estudiantes en el escuela y tenemos una responsibilidad que viene con la edad durante nuestro último año. Ademas, en una desfile con mucho emociones, despidimos a los alumnos de IV medio. En los EEUU, se dice Adios, Ciao y hay nadie que quiere quedarse. Es como, nos vamos....*corren por la puerta* jaja Pero acá es como ellos están dejando más de solamente compañeros (de todos los cursos) pero se están saliendo la familia. Hubo mucho llorando. Pienso que chilenos en todo que hacen, son un familia y tiene más reconocimiento de los lazos de amistad. Eso es mi mejor descripción, es muy difícil a describir.
Today, the juniors were given ties that signify that now, we are the biggest students in the school and we have a responsibility that comes with the age during our last year. Additionally, in a parade with many emotions, we said goodby to the seniors. (This was their last week in the school, minus their tests) In the US, they say See ya, Bye and there is nobody that wants to stay. It's like, we are headed off...*they run through the door* haha But here it is like they are leaving more than just classmates (of all the grades) buy they are leaving the family. There was a lot of crying. I think that Chileans in everything that they do, are a family and have more appreciation of the bonds of friendship of an "extended" family. That is my best description, it is very difficult to describe.
Also, I love being able to see the mountians. After it rains, the air is clean and the mountains are super clear...so here are some photos of awesome mountains. I took them today, they are newly coated in snow =D

El lunes, el 11 de Octubre, no tuvimos escuela para el día de Colombus y tambien, no escuela el viernes, el 15 de Octubre para el día de los profesores. Fue como un Inservice Day en los EEUU. Pero, yo me gusta pensar que el 15 fue un día para celebrar mi dos meses en Chile! jaja
On Monday, October 11th, we didn't have school due to Colombus day and no school friday, October 15th as well for "Un día de Los Profesores". It was like an Inservice Day in the US. But, I like to think that the 15th was a day to ce;ebrate my two months in Chile! haha
La semana fue más corta para mí. El martes del semana pasado, levanté a las 7:30 de la mañana como normal. Pero mi papa chileno había salido! Por qué? Actualmente fue 8:30 de la mañana porque el sabado tuvimos una cambia del tiempo un hora en el futuro! (Para la primavera, toma un poquito tiempo para dar de cuenta porque en el futuro y no en el pasado) jaja Fui a escuela tarde ese día. =]
The week was even shorter for me. On Tuesday of the past week, I got up at 7:30 am like normal. But my Chilean dad had left! Why? Actually it was 8:30 am because on Saturday we changed the clocks, 1 hour into the future! (For the spring, It took a little time to realize why in the future and not into the past) haha I went to school late that day. =]
El 13 de Octubre, un miercoles, fue el rescate de los mineros! Algunas escuelas no tuvieron escuela ese día para ver pero entonces ellos fueron a colegio el viernes.
October 13th, a Wednesday, was the miner's rescue! Some schools didn't have school that day to watch but then they went to school on Friday.
Ádemas, ese día, tuve un prueba de filosofía. Pero aparentemente, hice tan mal que ella, la profe, piensó que no supe nada jaja. La profe de íngles fue muy agradable a decir que es más un problema de la idioma. Entonces, tomé el prueba con la profe de íngles y ella tranduzó. Fue mucho mejor =]. Tambien, tengo pruebas de comprehensión más facil. Ya está un desfile, que es bueno, pero es más para mi nivel. Los ensayos, actualmente, son lo más fácil y mejor para mí porque puedo tomar todo el tiempo que necesito y uso más recursos como un transducidor del Internet que tiene más palabras. (Tengo mi dictionario, pero ocasionalmente no hay un palabra.)
Additionally, that day, I had a philosofia quiz. Buy aparently, I did so bad that the profesor though I didn't know anything haha. The English teacher was very nice to say that it is more a problem of the language. Then, I took the quiz with the English teacher and she translated. It went much better. =]. Also, I had an easier comprehension quiz. It is already a challenge, which is good, but it is more for my level. The essays actually, are the easiest and better for me bevause I can take all the time that I need and I use more resourses like an Internet translator that has more words. (I have my dictionary, but occasionally there isn't a word.)
En una clase diferente, una mujer de universitario nos enseñó y tuvimos que leer un párafo del groupo. Yo leí para mi groupo para practicar. Pero hice horrible jaja. Fue muy difícil para leer las palabras que son escrito por mano pero tambien, para ellos, tengo un accento...todo fue malo jaja Aunque, hice mejor en historia cuando leí una cosa.
In a different class, a women from a university taught us and we had to read a paragraph (that she gave us) for the group. I read for my group to practice. But I did horrible haha. It was very difficult to read the hand written words but also, for them, I had an accent...all was bad haha Although, I did better in history when a read a thing.
Este fín de semana, cuatro de mis compañeras y yo juntamos para trabajar para esta semena de cultura en escuela. Origionalmente, pensé que fue para ingles, pero no. Dibujamos peses y otros animales del mar para el cuento que estuvimos en. Fue de una serena que salvaja su amigos del mar como yo y otra chica (fuimos peces) desde un pescador. Entonces el pescador quería casarse la serena pero ella no porque él había tratado a comer su amigos. Se llama "La Pincoya." Mi cara fue pintado azul, roja, y blanca, los abrazos tambien.
This weekend, four of my classmates and I got together to work for this week cultural week in school. Origionally, I thought it was for English, but no. We drew fish and other sea animals for the story we were in. It was of a mermaid that saves her sea friends like me and this other girl (we were fish) from a fisherman. Then, the fisherman wants to marry the mermaid but she doesn't because he had tried to eat her friends. It's called "La Pincoya". My face was painted blue, red, and white, my arms too.
El lunes, conocé el profe nuevo de Pennsylvania y hablamos más hoy. Él está aquí por una programa de escuelas catolicas y fue al universitario del Notre Dame para su education. Fue muy divertido a hablar con él.
On Monday, I met the new teacher from Pennsylvania and we talked more today. He is here through a program of Catholic schools and went to Notre Dame for his education.
It was fun to talk with him.

El martes, no fui a escuela porque tuve muchooo sueño. Es una cosa que viene en olas. Pero la mañana del miercoles (20 de Octubre) fue mucho mejor =]
On Tuesday, I didn't go to school because I was reallyyy tired. It's a thing that comes in waves. But Wednesday morning (Oct. 20th) was much better =]
Hoy fue "Jean's Day". Es un día dónde si quieres, puedes venir en ropa del calle pero entonces pagas 500 pesos. Es una idea buena para recaudar plata. Ádemas, fue el último día de la semana cultural y un grupo vino a bailar para nosotros. El baile del Isla del Pascua con los chicos fue mi favorito =P Voy a tratar a poner un video con partes juntos. Pero acá son algunos fotos.
Today was "Jean's Day." It is a day where if you want, you can come in street clothes but then you pay 500 pesos ($1 approximately) It is a great idea to raise money. Additionally, it was the lat day of the culture week and a group came to dance for us. The Easter Island Dance by the guys was muy favorite =P I am going to try and put a video with the partes together. But here are some photos.
Algunos veces, cuando me estoy sentando en la mesa o al azar, hay un sonrista en mi cara porque estoy feliz. Sí, hay días malos pero en el fín, estoy feliz que yo estoy acá. Es como, estoy comiendo una cena, preparaba por la nana...para mí, en un otro país! Qué increible!
Sometimes, when I am sitting at the table or randomly, ther is a smile on my face because I'm happy. Yes, there are bad days but in the end, I am happy that I am here. It's like, I am eating a dinner, prepared by the nana...for me, in another country! How incredible!
Como dije, he estado acá por dos meses. Y este es mi evaluación. Que el primer dos meses son para la cultura,proximo,va a ser más de aprediendo vocabulario. Me siento que estoy mucho mejor con el vocabulario que yo supe (y tambien con los conjugaciones, especialmente de algunos verbos irregulares.) Pero es tiempo para añadir más palabras a mi vocabulario y eliminar mi accento!
Like I said, I have been here for two months. And this is my evaluation. That the first two months are for the culture, next, will be more of learning vocab. I feel that I am much better with the vocabulary that I know (and also with the conjugations, especially of some irregular verbs.) But it is time to add more words to my vocabulary and eliminate my accent!

Like I said, I have been here for two months. And this is my evaluation. That the first two months are for the culture, next, will be more of learning vocab.
